Semana dos Namorados (Lovers' Week) typically occurs in the second week of February, aligning with Valentine's Day on February 14th. This festival celebrates romance and love. The event highlights the Lenços dos Namorados a kind of hand-embroidered handkerchiefs that young girls traditionally created to show their love to their suitors. The festival features cultural activities, workshops, and exhibitions.
