At Casa das Descobertas in northern Portugal, we collaborate with organizations, teams, and clubs to design and deliver customized development programs, training camps, and retreats. We design and host focused programs for small groups, combining professional content with accommodations, meals, and carefully selected activities.

Our clients include executive management teams, professional groups, sports teams, clubs, and participants in organized retreats and development programs. We also support organizations in executing high-level events tailored for small, exclusive groups.

Casa das Descobertas offers seven rooms, available for single or double occupancy. To meet your needs, we provide flexible options from self-catering to full board. Programs can be led by us, developed with selected partners, or created together with the client’s own facilitators and coaches.

We specialize in hosting groups and do not cater to individual stays. If you or your organization want to create a bespoke experience with us, we invite you to contact us for further discussion.

Our mission at Casa das Descobertas is to deliver extraordinary experiences, designed with care, professionalism, and close attention to each group’s needs.
