HOLISTIC TRAINING RETREAT IN PORTUGAL
September 5–12, 2026
Step away from everyday demands and immerse yourself in a week designed to help you reconnect, recharge, and build lasting strength, both physically and mentally.
This retreat brings together structured training, recovery, and carefully curated experiences in the beautiful landscape of northern Portugal. It is ideal for those who seek more than just exercise, for those who want to create space for reflection, new energy, and a more balanced way of living.

Training with Purpose and Balance
Each day follows a natural rhythm that supports both performance and recovery:
-
Morning yoga or a mindful walk to start the day
-
Two daily training sessions combining strength, mobility, and movement
-
Evening yoga to release tension and prepare for rest
The training is varied and thoughtfully designed, drawing from functional strength, Pilates, SOMA Move, dance, and interval-based sessions. Whether you are experienced or simply motivated to move, the program is accessible, inspiring, and adaptable to your level.

Experiences Beyond Training
This is not only a training week. It is an opportunity to experience the region in an authentic and meaningful way.
During the stay, you will enjoy:
-
A beach day with lunch and walk in the coast town Viana do Castelo
-
An evening in the historic town of Ponte de Lima, with time to explore, swim, or simply enjoy the atmosphere
-
Tastings of local Vinho Verde wines and regional olive oils
-
A hands-on introduction to Portuguese cooking
These shared experiences create a natural balance between activity, culture, and enjoyment.

Time to Recover, Reflect, and Breathe
Between sessions, there is space to slow down. Swim, rest, move freely, or simply enjoy the calm surroundings. The combination of structured activity and unstructured time creates ideal conditions for both physical recovery and mental clarity.
This is a place and a week where you can reset your pace, reflect on what matters, and return with renewed energy.

Led by Experience
The retreat is led by Maria Bild, an experienced trainer with more than 20 years in group training, personal coaching, yoga, and dance.
Having led over 50 training retreats, she combines professionalism with a warm and inclusive approach that makes every participant feel both challenged and supported.
